Community Guidelines

Welcome to the Contractor HQ community, operated by Niche Trends LLC d/b/a Contractor HQ (“Contractor HQ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Our community is designed to support entrepreneurs, contractors, and service professionals through shared learning, respectful dialogue, and collaborative growth. These Community Guidelines exist to foster a safe, constructive, and inclusive environment for all participants.

1. Be Respectful

Treat all members with respect and professionalism. Harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, bullying, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or any other status will not be tolerated.

2. Stay On Topic

Keep discussions relevant to business development, service industry topics, contractor tools, educational materials, and other themes aligned with Contractor HQ’s mission. Off-topic or irrelevant content may be removed.

3. No Spam or Self-Promotion

Unsolicited promotions, affiliate links, or advertisements for unrelated services or products are not permitted. Sharing your business or services may be allowed when contextually appropriate (e.g., case studies or relevant contributions), but repeated or aggressive promotion is prohibited.

4. Maintain Privacy and Confidentiality

Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal, proprietary, or confidential information—yours or someone else’s—without explicit permission. Screenshots, private messages, or sensitive business data should never be posted publicly.

5. Contribute Constructively

Share insights, ask thoughtful questions, and offer genuine support to others. Constructive feedback is welcome when delivered respectfully. Trolling, flame wars, or intentionally disruptive behavior will result in removal from the community.

6. Protect Intellectual Property

Do not post or share content you do not own or have rights to. This includes copyrighted material, proprietary course content, and third-party downloads. All Contractor HQ content is protected and may not be reposted or shared externally.

7. Report Misconduct

If you witness or experience behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately to [email protected]. Reports are kept confidential, and appropriate action will be taken.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

Contractor HQ reserves the right to monitor, moderate, and remove content or users that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion. We may issue warnings, suspend access, or permanently ban members depending on the severity of the offense.

9. Community Etiquette Reminders

- Use clear, concise language
- Assume positive intent, but clarify misunderstandings
- Avoid excessive profanity or political debate
- Tag topics appropriately and search before posting questions
- Acknowledge and thank others for helpful input

10. Acceptance of Guidelines

Participation in the Contractor HQ community implies acceptance of these Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to update these guidelines as needed, and your continued participation signifies agreement to any updates.
